Welcome to the Art with Heart Challenge and the debut of the Eileen Hull Inspiration Team! Each month this talented group of designers will be showcasing their creative style and inspiring you to create! Our theme this month is “New Beginnings” and I am so happy to have you join us as we embark on a new creative adventure!
Wow, I look at the collage above and think, “How did I get so lucky?”
First of all, I want to thank Amy Bowerman of Plucking Daisies, my fabulous Inspiration Team Coordinator. In addition to being an amazing designer (this girl never runs out of ideas!), she is articulate, tech savvy and fun. I am having such a great time working with her and just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for all she has done to get this team up and running. Amy also came up with the concept for Artist Trading Blocks and has been busily posting, pinning, blogging and spreading #theATB love everywhere she goes.
As for the Inspiration Team- they are going to knock your socks off! What a fantastic group of designers- they come from all over the world and offer so many beautiful styles of art. I am in awe of the different talents each person brings to the table. I hope you will check back here often to see the new ideas that they will have to show us.
I would also like to thank everyone who applied for the team. It was so hard to choose- we wanted to pick every one! Please know that we appreciate you. I am looking forward to the Guest Bloggers we have already lined up! We would love to see what you are up to so please continue to share your creations with us in the Art with Heart challenges each month

Hi Eileen! I am so happy for all your success. You are such a talented woman. You are also a sweet person who reaches out to those like me. I have come to love your dies. They are “heart centered”. You know that my first attraction was to that suitcase die. Eileen you were so gracious to answer my questions regarding the materials. I was very appreciative. Now, many dies later (and packs of Little Sizzles) I have come to love what I see done with them. Congratulations on the fabulous design team. My goodness. I see some of my favorites, Ana-Karin and Shelly. I also look forward to getting to know the other ladies led by Amy. Well done, my love!
eileen says
Ro, that is so sweet of you to write! I am always happy to see your always supportive comments and beautiful projects (loved the suitcase in the Who Am I contest!) Thank you for being such a great crafty friend. We certainly do have an amazing lineup of designers and I look forward to you joining us on our new adventures! Rosetta, you ROCK! 🙂 <3
Shauna says
Congratulations to All! I’ve been working my way down the list to everyone’s blogs and the work is amazing1 The detail on some of the paper 3D work blows me away! I do a lot of assemblage, shrines and that but not 3D paper projects so I’m in awe of the talent in this group! Of course, I’m now venturing into ATB’s – LOL! Thank you Eileen and Amy for bringing ATB’s to us – especially for people like me who haven’t done any intricate 3D so a block is the perfect starting point 🙂 Anyway, I can’t wait to see all the art this team makes. I know it will be inspirational and great eye candy!
eileen says
Shauna- I agree with you! This list of designers is really impressive and they are going to blow us away! I have really been liking the ATBs too- they are quick and fun.mThanks so much for stopping by to say hi and for the encouragement.

What a talented group! I think my Sunday just got filled as I want to visit all the blogs. I should be making my St. Patrick’s Day cards!
Eileen – Hope to make it to Connecticut on the 27th – I’m from Ireland and now I want that Irish block – it’s so beautiful and tasteful – I refuse to engage in what I call the “paddywhackery” and always love finding lovely Irish “stuff” – safe travels.

Happy St Patrick’s Day

Back again Eileen. I hope I’m not being stupid but I’m not sure if entries to challenge must have a heart on them? I’ve just posted a challenge entry – if it doesn’t qualify please feel free to delete. Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you! Nicola x
eileen says
Hi Nicola- What a cool project! Thanks for adding to the linky. No, you are fine- we just call the challenge “Art with Heart” because that is my tagline- 3D art with heart. No hearts are required to make the project. We just want to see what you are working on and what makes you happy 🙂 Thanks for sharing- very nice!

What a wonderful opportunity to share our 3D creations! I’m a bit ‘late’ in finding this, so I’m wondering if the opportunity to share is still open. The linky shows one more day, but I believe you’ve already selected winners (not that mine would be!1), however, I’d like to share ‘just because’…
Thanks for letting me know!
