Quick and Easy Jewelry Gift Boxes

When Lisa sent me the photo of this project, I got up and danced around the room! These boxes are so pretty! And so easy to make!

I have been loving creating with metal ever since I met the folks at M-D Hobby and Craft this summer at the Paper Arts Show. I like to cover matboard with the sheets of metal and then run it through the die cut machine and then emboss the piece with a Textured Impression folder. It is like magic seeing a beautiful design appear with one pass through the machine! Then you just add a little black paint… well just go over and see how Lisa did it. Pretty soon you will be as addicted to working with metal as we are!
