It has been a busy place here on the blog lately! I am happy to be part of a celebration for National Craft Month that my friend Jen Goode put together. I have been doing a lot of stitching lately so I made this Sew Cute Needle Book to keep my needles together.
Make sure to check out all of the other projects in the hop- you will have ideas to last you a long time!
To make this, you will need:
- Sizzix Big Shot
- Sizzix Needle Book by Eileen Hull
- Sizzix Matboard Pack- white
- Sakura Pigma Pens 01, 03
- Sakura Gelly Roll pen– white
- Copic markers
- felt
- ThermOWeb double sided adhesive sheet
- ribbon
Instructions
- Cover 6″ x 6″ piece of matboard with double sided adhesive sheet. Peel off release paper and place felt on top.
- Place matboard side facing die and cut Needle Book cover with Big Shot.
- Pencil wording as desired and trace over the words in marker, then erase the lines. Fill in design with markers and highlight with white pen.
- Die cut two felt pages by folding each piece of felt in half. Place felt folded on the die just shy of crease line in center and die cut.
- Place two need pages in book and tie with ribbon around spine to secure.
- Add needles!7. Now head off to see the other projects in the hop! Happy Monday…
Thanks so much for stopping by!
