Hey everyone! With all that’s happening in our world today we all could use a little holiday cheer. The Inspiration Team has joined forces with Team DCWV to bring you all that and then some. All month long we will be sharing Holiday Sizzix Projects with DCWV. The IT will be creating projects using Eileen Hull Sizzix dies and other projects with paper stacks from DCWV. Team DCWV will be sharing their take on Eileen Hull Sizzix Dies and my new Twist and Style Tool with gorgeous new paper stacks from DCWV. Anne Redfern is ALWAYS thinking up new and creative ways to use my Sizzix dies. This adorable mini wreath project is just to cute and CLEVER to boot! Strips of DCWV papers were wound around a wreath form Anne created herself and accented by pretty Poinsettia created using my Spring Leaves die. Yes, that’s right Spring leaves can be Poinsettia too.
Visit Anne’s Blog for a full tutorial on how to create this darling Mini Poinsettia wreath plus tips on how to use my Twist and Style Tool and create your own wreath form from upcycled materials!
Remember Nicole Wright’s Tree Lot Project from last Holiday season? Well, Nicole couldn’t resist adding onto that project with a Sizzix Travel Trailer all decked out in DCWV Cranberry Christmas papers. After all a tree lot NEEDS a trailer am I right? The fact that the trailer has actual working lights has sent me straight to holiday heaven!
Take some time to tree shop and have a look at both of Nicole’s inspired holiday creations new and old. This girl has a crafty bauble collection that would make Buddy the Elf jealous!
Julia Aston shares a gorgeous holiday gift topper project created with DCWV Cranberry Christmas papers and my Luggage Tag and Heart and Soul Flower Die. Julia has become a master at using the Heart and Soul Flower to create crisp and clean Holiday projects that you can create in a snap!
Last week, Julia shared a Merry Christmas Card using DCWV stop by Julia’s Blog for this weeks BRIGHT Luggage Tag Topper Tutorial.
Pam Bray has a beautiful Christmas Banner project to share that I know you’ll adore! Banner pieces covered in pages from the Cranberry Christmas stack from DCWV are accented with a plethora of Eileen Hull Sizzix Dies.
Pam made excellent use of cut outs included in the Cranberry Christmas stack to finish off her Holiday Banner with exquisite style. Dash on over to Pam’s Blog for a full tutorial.
Tracy Evans has a very merry mixed-media card tutorial for her second project. Last week Tracy shared a fantastic non-holiday mixed-media piece, but this week she’s mixing up a cup of holiday cheer! Tracy’s card background is also from the Cranberry Christmas stack from DCWV off set by inked papers embossed with my Waffle folder and topped off with a stenciled bauble and a string of star banner die cuts from the Vintage Travel Collection.
Tracy’s card tutorial is a marvelous way to give a merry little twist to your mixed-media projects. Don’t miss the Tutorial HERE.
