This week, the Educator Team is up at bat! We are continuing to share Folio and Mandala Die project inspiration with creations from the Educator Team. Eileen’s new dies are the ScoreBoards Folio Journal Die, coordinating Folio Page, Pockets and Flower Thinlits set and the Mandala Thinlits die. We have a post full of great ideas for you to try!
Let’s see what’s in store…
Spring is on the way and people are starting to reflect it in their makes. Sue Eldred used the new Thinlits dies to create a delightful floral Tussy Mussy to use as a gift topper. This little piece of spring is perfect as a little gift itself (and could maybe also hold a gift card). Head on over to Sue’s blog to find out how it all came together.
Educator Jennie Atkinson might have flowery seasonal thoughts on her mind too because her Folio collections journal also says spring to me! (Maybe I am the one with flowery thoughts? I’m very excited my daffodils are peeking through.) Anyway, please visit Jennie’s blog for a complete tutorial, tons of detail photos of the lovely journal insides and a video walk-through!
Keep going, more to see…
Like more flowers! Thank you Sarah Lizzie for sharing a beautiful spring Folio journal project with us as well. Delicate colors and flowers are sure to make you smile. Sarah has a full tutorial in her post so take a look.
Madeline Arendt made a beautiful card using the new dies. The flower on the card is created from plastic cereal bags! Madeline shows you how to turn trash into art treasure as well as other great tips and techniques in her blog post so don’t miss out!
Visit again next Wednesday. It will be a new month, yikes!
