Well, here we find ourselves in a new month and that means a new theme for June! Journal Fodder is our subject for creative contemplation this time around. Envelopes, mini books, tags, tickets, ephemera… think about all the bits and pieces that can be incorporated into a larger journal project. Create a stash so they are at the ready when you dive into a full fledged make!
Pam Bray kicks us off right with a wonderful little organizer to hold all those ephemera bits as you are building your stash. The box perfectly holds a set of envelopes made with the Journaling Card, Envelope & Window Thinlits Die Set. See the tutorial on her blog and learn to make your own!
Designer Sarah Lizzie pre-made journal page inserts to fit a Skinny Mini Journal so they would be ready to go. Great idea for June journal fodder! Find all the details on Sarah Lizzie’s blog.
Creating a whole pile of journal fodder goodness, Karen Bearse also utilized the Journaling Card, Envelope & Window Thinlits Die Set plus the Mini-Slimeline & Tickets Set. Love them! Check out all the how-to in Karen’s post.
Extra project…
Here’s a little extra project for your inspiration from Lisa Hoel. She created a trip notebook using the Skinny Mini Book Box Die for the cover. More details and photos on her blog!
More June Journal Fodder next week!
