All month long our designers are sharing tips and techniques about using your Sizzix dies in new and interesting ways. Get ready for a load of inspiration! We hope you will learn something new to try on your own and be sure to share your projects in the Fan Club. Let’s see what is in store for us this week.
Jennie Atkinson raided her bin of leftover die cut parts to create her beautiful mixed media notes box. (Admit it, you have a stash of leftovers too don’t you? Mine are all stuffed in a drawer.) What a great project for using up all those little extra bits! See all the how-to on Jennie’s blog.
Designer Maggi Harding used the Card Caddy Die (normally it makes a box) to make an easel card instead. So clever! Maggi was a guest on Eileen’s Tuesday Live and she demoed how to make this great card. You can watch the replay here. Check out her blog post too.
Susie Bentz created a cool retro card using the Tile Alphanumeric Die and Geometric Box Die. Those colors are perfect to fit the theme! Who wouldn’t love getting this bright and festive card for their birthday? Find all the details on Susie’s blog.
