Working on piles of stuff! Lots of projects soon to be revealed but in the meantime, here’s a card I made for my friend Val. She is such fun and always up for a good time. This pinky-orangish color reminds me of her so I decided to make her a monochromatic birthday card with shades of coral. The flowers were created from one paint chip and the Sizzix 3D Flower by Beth Reames. Beth hit it out of the park with this die! Love it…
Head on over to FaveCrafts blog for an interesting glimpse of where designers see their inspiration coming from and why they create. Thanks Mom, for showing all of your girls how it’s done- creating in the midst of chaos! It has served us well 🙂 Also on FaveCrafts, a review of my book Matboard Magic! Click here to read. Do I detect a nip in the air? Finally! We have a wedding this weekend at a plantation and I am trying to figure out what to wear… something with a jacket I’m thinking… I’ll take pictures. This is a very special wedding. My friend Paula Ann’s daughter is getting married. I plan to take lots of notes because in April, we’ll be having my daughter Jessica’s.
Have a great week everyone!
