Project Tutorials from Eileen Hull’s Team

We started off in July with the Sizzix Chapter 3 release and followed up with a set of dies that Eileen designed just for Scrapbook.com. So many crafty possibilities!! Eileen’s designers have been creating up a storm so for August we are continuing with the project tutorials for all their fabulous makes with both sets of new dies.

Eileen’s dies are great for making home decor items too! Check out the darling wall hanger that Pam Bray made. The base is cut using the Card Caddy Die and it’s decorated with little houses cut using the Starlit Village & Card Panel Die Set (found only at Scrapbook.com.) More details here!

Using the Slotted Treat Box Die, Jennie Atkinson created a fabulous shabby chic linen topped box. What a beautiful decor piece! I love how she made a linen covered, padded lid for the box. Find Jennie’s video tutorial over on her blog and check it out.

Special Die Collection Release by Eileen Hull

This special die collection is designed just for Scrapbook.com and can only be found there! You will find lots of ways to use these dies whether you like making cards, journals or home decor. Each die coordinates with the set but also stands alone, giving you good value!

The Card Caddy is a ScoreBoards die, specially designed to cut and score thick material like matboard, chipboard, leather, felt and fabric, creating a sturdy base for other coordinating dies in the collection. The Caddy assembles in minutes. Use the die to create a card box, container for food gifts, holiday packaging or stationery, art journal, planners and cards- all this from one die!

Each of the three coordinating Thinlits sets fit perfectly on the box – cover with paper or fabric and create a special box of cards for yourself, friends or family!

Everyday Tags & Labels includes 13 dies: labels, tags, snowflake, flowers, and stars – everything you need throughout the year to add to gifts, cards, tags and journals!

Chapter 3 Tutorials Using Eileen Hull’s Newest Sizzix Dies

Did you catch the Live Release Party last week? As usual, it was loads of fun and inspiration overload! The designers really outdid themselves with this new collection. We’re continuing on with a closer look at the Chapter 3 tutorials for all their great makes so scroll on…

2023 Chapter 3 Release for Eileen Hull - New Sizzix Die collection! #eileenhull #teameileen #sizzix #mysizzixstory

Here is what Eileen has to say about her new collection:

The Bigz Plus* Slotted Treat Box Die measures 6 1/2” x 5” x 3 1/2” and can hold so many things – a set of cards, journals, doll clothes, ephemera storage or you can even use it as a gift box! This is a Scoreboards die which is specially designed to cut and score thick material like matboard, chipboard, leather, felt, fabric and metal. *A 9” wide machine is required to cut this die.

The Field Notes and Specimen Card Die is a Bigz XL die that holds 5” x 7” pages or photos – a new orientation! The Specimen Card may be used to hold photos, as a journaling card or a shaker. Holes are pre-cut into the book spine which is adjustable from 1/2” to 1 1/2 in width. *XL Cutting Pads will be needed to cut the book cover.

The Envelope, Folder & Flowers Thinlits Die Set is made up of nine dies – an adorable mini envelope, file folder, set of small, medium and large hearts, and a large and small flower and leaf set. This die set will be perfect to create ephemera using your scraps!

The Keys 3D Embossing Folder is special to me. The keys all came from my Dad’s house. The names on the keys had to be removed because of possible copyright issues, but I love the idea of stamping or writing words on them. The detail on this is beautiful and I can’t wait to add Luster Wax to make the design pop!

Combining dies both old and new, Tonya Trantham crafted a sweet little home decor piece. Look at all those lovely layers! The base is made using the Shadow Box Frames #1 Thinlits Die Set and she decorated it using the new Envelope, Folder & Flowers Thinlits Die Set and Snail Mail Die plus patterned paper from P13. 2023 – Chapter 3 Release with Sizzix & Eileen Hull

Welcome to the Sizzix 2023 Chapter 3 Release Party of Eileen Hull’s newest die collection! We are celebrating with a Live party and this Blog Hop! Eileen’s Teams have been hard at work creating with Eileen’s new products and have quite a lineup of inspiration for you.

Here is what Eileen has to say about her new collection:
