Can you believe that we are already nearing the end of September? It’s been a lovely month so far (fall is my favorite season!) The Teams have been sharing nature journals the past few weeks and the nature inspiration has been off the charts! Have you been playing along and sharing in the Fan Club? We are wrapping up our September theme this week with fab makes from the Educator Team!
Get comfy…
Jennie Atkinson is leading us off with a lovely garden book utilizing the Teacup & Spoon Die to make an interesting cover on her folded wallet journal. Jennie was inspired by pink roses she has growing in her garden and they are reflected in the sweet little journal she made. Head on over to her blog to see all the interactive bits to be found inside!
Designer Sarah Lizzie also created a diminutive little book – a pocket nature journal! I love its small size. She used the Gift Card Folder & Label Die for the structure. The little journal tucks right into the folder box. It’s so pretty and shabby chic. You can find all the details and instructions on her blog so don’t miss it.
Madeline Arendt’s nature inspiration came from the four seasons and the wonderfully organic looking handmade papers she chose for her journal. She used a combination of Eileen’s different journals dies for the cover and pages and included many wonderful details. You can find out all about it and the tutorial on Madeline’s blog!
Next week is a busy week full of new releases!
Thanks for visiting and see you next week! Did you miss Eileen’s announcement about her new line of rubber stamps with Maker Forte? On Tuesday she will be sharing her second group of stamps to be released! Don’t miss her Facebook live sharing the stamps and lots of inspiration!
On Friday, October 1st, Eileen’s Chapter 4 Sizzix dies will be released as well! We will be having a Release Party Facebook Live and blog hop! You won’t want to miss it!
If you’ve missed the past September posts, you can see them here, here and here.
