The inspiration continues with more Pocket Notebook Die projects…
As you’ve probably heard, my latest Sizzix die is available in stores and my Inspiration Team has been creating up a storm using it! Today there are four more creative journals to share with you. As you will see, the possibilities using this Pocket Notebook Die are endless and you can apply your own theme and stamp of creativity to your projects using this versatile die. Let’s take a look:
First of all we have Susie Bentz and her wonderful Alice in Wonderland themed journal using paper from Stamperia.
Susie’s journal is chock full of Wonderland inside and out. Be sure to head on over to her blog post for the full look. You’ll see some of my other thinlit dies in action and perhaps gain some inspiration for new ways to use shrink plastic.
Next up is Lisa Hoel with her spooky Halloween themed journal. Isn’t that owl eye catching? And she has an owl charm on the spine to carry the theme through. You will definitely want to check out the tutorial on her blog to see how this all goes together. Using elastic cording for the binding makes it simple to take signatures in and out.
Thirdly is a stunningly pieced and stitched journal from Jenny Marples. “Wow!” is all I can say. Don’t miss her detailed tutorial and a Pocket Notebook Die hack she shares to make the spine more flexible.
Jenny also made good use of the pen holder piece that is part of the die too. You can cut the covers, pages, pen holder and slider all using the Pocket Notebook Die.
Wait, there’s more…
Last but not least, we have a beautifully bound nautical notebook from Elizabeth Robinson. The cover is full of embossed texture and she used ribbons to tie the signatures into the cover. Don’t miss her blog post to check out all the details!
Look at the beautiful spine!
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to tune in next Wednesday for more Notebooks!
