Continued! All this month we’ve been checking out creations made with Eileen Hull’s new Chapter 1 Sizzix dies. They are the ScoreBoards Folio Journal Die, coordinating Folio Page, Pockets and Flower Thinlits set and the Mandala Thinlits die. The team has been very busy crafting amazing projects with these versatile new dies. Let’s take a look at what the Inspiration Team has in store for us this week…
Elizabeth Robinson used the Folio Journal Die to make a ‘Sew on the go’ kit. What a clever idea! She has spots for needles, scissors and all the other supplies she needs for her English paper piecing (quilting hand stitching). It’s all in one spot, ready to grab and go! See her blog post for a closer look and a flip through video.
Designer Tonya Trantham is sharing more looks at the inside pages of her Release Party Blog Hop Folio junk journal. It is jammed full of ephemera, tuck spots, tags and all sorts of goodies. You won’t want to miss a look at it in Tonya’s blog post!
Keep going, more new Sizzix dies creations to come…
Sporting a beautiful spring vibe, Anna-Karin Evaldsson made her Folio journal into a sketchbook. The signatures are custom made out of some of her favorite papers and she shows you exactly how she created that gorgeous floral cover in her blog tutorial.
Eileen fans had questions about how Jenny Marples constructed her fabulous Hop Folio journal so she created a special tutorial post to address them. You can find out exactly how she put the covers and binding together and give it a try yourself. Thanks Jenny!
Last but not least, we have a bonus from Tonya Trantham! She shares ideas for using up scraps and making cards in 15 minutes or less. How can you go wrong with that? Head on over to her blog and find out.
