Hi everyone! This month the Inspiration Team is getting a jump-start on the upcoming holidays. We’ll be sharing holiday Sizzix projects all month-long featuring Eileeen Hull dies past and present and my new twist and style tool. This week we have some Halloween Sizzix Cookie Box Tutorials to share. My Cookie Box die from the Vintage Kitchen collection is the perfect container for sweets and treats.
Come along and see the creative tricks the team has for you this week. At the end we have an extra special Christmas treat for you too!
Halloween Sizzix Cookie Box
Pam Bray has plenty of creative tricks and treats in store for you with her gorgeous Graphic 45 Halloween Sizzix Cookie Box project. Pam covered my Cookie Box die inside and out with Graphic 45 Rare Oddities papers. She then attached it to a candle stick to make it really “stand” out. Halloween colored tulle and Pansy die cuts from my Paper Flower Party collection finish off the look and make this candy container a real TREAT!
Go trick or treating at Pam’s Blog for more details on how to create your own Halloween Sizzix Cookie Box.
Anne Redfern shares her own Halloween Sizzix Cookie Box with a creative “twist”. Anne used my new Twist and Style tool twist up some fall colored twine into a fabulous fall bow! She also created a clever coil to attach a bat to her cookie box covered in Tim Holtz Halloween Idea-ology papers.
Anne’s creativity just kept getting more twisted from here. After finishing her Batty Halloween Cookie Box she moved on to the next holiday and created a totally twisted Christmas ornament! Walking through a wiry wonderland Anne twisted up a lovely hanging heart adorned with wired crystals and pearls. This creation would make a “heartfelt” gift or even a gift topper.
Visit Anne’s Blog for two holiday tutorials using my new twist and style tool that you won’t want to miss!
